Do we visit all three cenotes?

Yes. Every tour includes admission to and time at all three Chemuyil cenotes.

Is the cycling suitable for beginners?

Yes. The route uses standard bicycles and is suitable for beginners. Guests who ride should be comfortable balancing and pedaling a bicycle independently.

What are the age requirements?

Participants must be between 5 and 70 years old. Guests who ride should also be comfortable balancing and pedaling a bicycle independently.

Are there any health or physical restrictions?

Most travelers can participate. However, this experience is not recommended for pregnant travelers, guests with back problems, people recovering from recent surgery, or anyone with heart problems or another serious medical condition. Guests should be comfortable riding a bicycle and entering the cenotes. If you are unsure whether the activity is suitable for you, please consult your medical professional before booking.

What is the maximum group size?

Each group may have a maximum of 20 travelers. Groups larger than 11 require additional transportation arrangements and custom pricing, which our local team will confirm before booking.

Can lunch be added?

Yes. An optional home-cooked lunch is prepared with care by women from the Chemuyil community and served with a refreshing drink. It is an opportunity to gather around the table, connect, and share stories after the experience. Lunch is $15 USD per person and can be requested when booking.

Can underwater photos and videos be added?

Yes. An underwater photo and video package may be added for an additional fee. Contact our local team through WhatsApp for current availability and pricing.

How does payment work?

You do not need to pay the full tour price upfront. To confirm your reservation, Go Tulum Travel collects one deposit payment through Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, or credit card. The remaining balance is paid directly to the local tour operator. Our local team will confirm the exact amounts and payment instructions before anyone makes a payment.

What is the cancellation policy?

Reservation deposits are refundable when you cancel more than 72 hours before the scheduled experience. Deposits are nonrefundable when you cancel within 72 hours of the scheduled start time.

How do I reserve?

Complete our tour request form. Our local team will confirm availability, your reservation deposit, and the remaining balance paid directly to the operator. You will receive confirmation when your booking is completed. You can also contact us through WhatsApp with questions.
