WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN YOUR PRIVATE SERVICE VERSUS TAXIS?
In Tulum, you can locate and hail taxis on the main streets. However, with our private and convenient service (minimum 4 hours), you will have your own driver/chauffeur with unlimited Tulum stops and wait times. To learn more, read our article here.
WHAT VEHICLE DOES THE STANDARD TULUM TRANSPORTATION INCLUDE?
For our basic Tulum transportation, we offer standard-sized vans. If your group consists of 1β4 persons, we will most likely host you in a standard sedan.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM HOURS OF SERVICE?
Currently, our Tulum transportation minimum is 4 hours. Ideal for beach clubs or dinner reservations, this amount of time will allow you to enjoy our service without “rushing” or waiting for taxis. What STOPS ARE included with this private service?

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO RESERVE?
