Is transportation included?

Yes. Roundtrip pickup and drop-off are included from every hotel and villa in Tulum. Transportation is often private, but the vehicle may include other tour guests. We will confirm your pickup time and location before the tour.

Is this a private tour?

The sanctuary visit, ATV ride, cenote swim, and transportation are shared experiences. Groups of more than 10 guests receive a private departure for their group.

How does the shared ATV price work?

The shared ATV option is $145 USD per person, with two guests sharing one ATV. A single rider ATV is $179 USD per person.

How long is the tour?

Plan for approximately five hours total, including a four-hour tour and about one hour for transfers. Choose a 9:00 AM or 1:00 PM start time when requesting availability.

Is lunch included?

Yes. Lunch is provided by the tour operator. The current meal format will be confirmed with your tour details.

Who can drive an ATV?

Drivers must be at least 18 years old and present valid identification. Safety equipment and collision insurance are included.

How does payment work?

You do not need to pay the full tour price upfront. To confirm your reservation, Go Tulum Travel collects one deposit payment through Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, or credit card. The remaining balance is paid directly to the local tour operator. Our local team will confirm the exact deposit, remaining balance, and payment instructions before you make a payment.

What is the cancellation policy?

Reservation deposits are refundable when you cancel more than 72 hours before the scheduled experience. Deposits are nonrefundable when you cancel within 72 hours of the scheduled start time.

How do I reserve?

Complete our tour request form. A local team member will confirm availability and payment details within 48 hours. You can also contact us through WhatsApp with questions.
